Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. There is a bit of a learning curve to using CBD and every body has different needs. - Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, perishable goods, and final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we also cannot accept returns on opened, used skincare or beauty products.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@ksliwa.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
- Exchanging Items: We do not exchange items, we recommend trying our sample sizes before committing to a larger size if you are concerned about not preferring items.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Gifts
- Returning Gifts: We do not accept returns or exchanges from a gift recipient. We are sorry if the gift isn't a match and will try to help find a reasonable solution, if you contact info@ksliwa.com.
